Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old to rent a vehicle from caryurents.com. A valid drivers license and a credit card in your name are required at the time of rental. If you are under 25, additional fees may apply. You may not rent a vehicle if you have a suspended or revoked license.
Reservation Policy
Reservations can be made online through our website. You must provide accurate information during the booking process. Changes to your reservation may be allowed, but you must contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We do not guarantee vehicle availability until your reservation is confirmed.
Vehicle Use
You must operate the rented vehicle in accordance with all local traffic laws. You may not use the vehicle for any illegal activities, including but not limited to racing, off-roading, or transporting hazardous materials. The vehicle must not be driven outside the country unless explicitly permitted.
Insurance and Liability
Fuel Policy
You must return the vehicle with the same fuel level as when it was rented. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, you will be charged for refueling at a rate determined by caryurents.com. You may not use alternative fuels unless the vehicle is specifically designated for such use.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time without penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a fee. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if you fail to pick up the vehicle within one hour of the scheduled time without prior notification.
